As my session grew to a close I was loving engaging with the audience, keeping my cooking tips relevant and simple but most of all sending out regular samples to taste. Apparently I also got a first in the three year history of the demo kitchen, an uber polite Japanese gentleman asked to buy one of my dishes, I think he must have been very hungry!I'd say he was onto something Hayden.
